Licensing Agreement Creates Bakugan and Ben 10 Alien Force Exciting Adventures

Young fans who dream of overpowering enemies with the Battle Brawlers or saving the world from aliens with Ben 10 will experience an unforgettable journey with a favorite character that begins at their mailbox. Each illustrated, poster-sized letter from Giftventure contains a personalized game or puzzle designed for kids ages 6-12. When the child solves the final puzzle, its answer reveals the location of a hidden gift. Parents and gift-givers can personalize the puzzles by answering a few simple questions during the online ordering process.

As a top-rated Cartoon Network original series for boys, Ben 10 Alien Force continues the Ben 10 saga and picks up the story five years later when 15-year-old Ben Tennyson chooses to once again put on the OMNITRIX and discovers that he can now transform into 10 brand new aliens. Anchored by a full toy line from Bandai America, the Ben 10 Alien Force product line also includes apparel, interactive, home entertainment, consumer electronics and more. Created by Man of Action and produced at Cartoon Network Studios, the third season of the Ben 10 Alien Force series recently debuted on Cartoon Network and currently premieres on Friday nights 8:30 p.m. (ET/PT) with replays throughout the week, and the highly-anticipated live action movie, Ben 10 Alien Swarm will debut on the network in November.
CNE is entering its second year as the exclusive U.S. licensing agent for Nelvana and Spin Master Ltd.’s breakout toy brand, Bakugan. The Bakugan consumer products program is led by a top-selling toy line from Spin Master Ltd. Fans can catch the latest season of the Bakugan animated television series, entitled Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, on Cartoon Network, Monday through Friday, 6:30 – 7:00 A.M. (ET/PT) and on Saturday, 11:00 – 11:30 A.M. (ET/PT). The new partnership with CNE represents the second major licensing agreement announced by Giftventure to-date in 2009. The growing company, founded by a young entrepreneur in 2006, launched a series of Magical Adventure products with Sesame Street characters earlier this year.
